PILATES with Sam

 

Pilates is an exercise that helps to restore correct postural alignment, release tension in the body through breath control, and develop strength, suppleness and balance through exercises developed by Joe Pilates. It is an excellent exercise for the back. The long term aim is to develop an awareness in the client of how their body functions and encourage them to take care of it the Pilates way.
