Breathing Space – time for you !

I sometimes work up to 16 hours a day, and I need time to stop and breathe.
Everyone deserves to take time out to improve their physical, mental, and emotional health.
Once a month February to October we organise holiday retreat at Riverside. Their aim is to take you away from the tread mill of life and into a calming mending rejuvenating space.
Riverside Cottage offers a location that is ‘far from the maddening crowd’, a place to relax and unwind. Just off the A303 between Andover and Winchester Riverside takes you off the main highway into a country setting where a thatched house is the accommodation with views and space to let you slow down and disentangle. We also have a magical Yurt where the symmetry and light transform you providing a chill out zone, and where workshops often take place. Our art and garden room by the river allows nature to takes over – swans, ducks and the soothing river flow will ground you and remove stress. Yoga, Pilates and Art take place here or you may just like to sit and watch the hours go by with a pot of tea or glass of wine!
There will be weekend retreats Friday to Sunday, some specialising in an activity, some just for the pleasure of getting away; we will also offer day only and half day workshops.
Each retreat includes:
Shared bedroom or supplement for a single (if staying)
A Spa Treatment
All food from our cream teas to breakfast, lunch and dinner.
1-2-1 Life Coaching
Art for fun or therapy
Retreats can only take place with a min of 8/10 people
Each retreat participants are offered meditation, gentle yoga exercise (unless you are joining one of the specialised Yoga Retreats) country walks, one to one sessions and plenty of free time to relax. A holistic therapy treatment are included also.
