The Textile Hub :
We are opening an art studio in Appleshaw, near Weyhill, Hampshire .
The studio is a newly converted sheep barn sitting behind Appleshaw House . This converting farm building ( which dates from around 1735) is a fully insulated and heated artists studio with lots of quirky nooks & full of character. We are really excited to have the opportunity to use this space for a number of art classes. In the first instance, we are delighted to offer Felting & Weaving.
Monday TBC
Tuesday – draw design weave 10 – 4 pm
Wednesday TBC
Thursday – felting textiles 10 – 4 pm
Friday TBC
Classes are £80 pp per day or £40 pp for half a day. (£400 for 5 weeks with materials supplied)*
Classes are for all abilities / new comers will be invited at the beginning of each half term provided space available. Classes will be no bigger than 10 per class to allow everyone to have tutor time. Classes are group taught but 1:1 teaching will be provided dependent on an individual’s level.
We offer two terms of 10 weeks with each half of term being 5 weeks with a weeks break in between.
* we have an early bird offer of £650 per term ( usually £800) Offer needs to be taken by June 9th
